I mentioned it to a manager and they bent over backwards to make it up to us. Recently, I splurged on a big package for me and 3 guests and the day was not 100% perfect-it was okay, but not up to par for Contour. Lately, weve started to go more frequently. I love Contour, weve been using it occasionally for years. I would have recommended this spa to others, and I was actually thinking about returning to get additional services before we left town, but I definitely will not be doing either of those things after this experience. One rule that Ive learned from retail is that you dont make your problem the customers problem. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. I just received a call from the front desk 24 hours later saying that they didnt charge me for the correct amount. I paid for the amount I was told by the receptionist and left. I was told it would be an additional $100 for the upgrade. Afterwards, I was brought downstairs to the check in desk to pay for the additional service (upgraded facials). We upgraded the basic refresher facial to a deep pore cleansing facial. My husband and I got facials in addition to some other spa services to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. But beware, they may call you after youve left asking for you to pay more than what you were originally charged. I initially thought that the Spa was a great value and had a huge variety of services that were offered. I would have given this spa 5 stars, but I am extremely displeased with the experience I had after my services were completed.
